Note: Presidential elections have been put on hold per the 2012 Business Meeting
We will now begin accepting nominations for the 2013-2014 Chapter President and 2012-
2013 Secretary/Treasurer, who will be elected at the upcoming business meeting at the Joint
Annual Meeting in February. The person elected President will take office in August 2012 and
serve a three-year term, performing the duties of President-Elect in 2012-2013, President in
2013-2014, and Past-President in 2014-2015. Traditionally, since we alternate between a
President from New Mexico, followed by a President from Arizona, this year's nomination for
President should be from Arizona. Please submit your nominations for Chapter President-Elect
to Jason Kline by January 9, 2012. We will provide the opportunity for
mail-in ballots in early January 2012, and the official election will occur at the 2012 business
meeting.
Currently, Julie Meka Carter is the Past-President, Jason Kline is the President, and Yvette
Paroz is the President-Elect. Curtis Gill is our Chapter Secretary/Treasurer.
